Join Stacy for an interactive, enlivening, nourishing and inspiring day retreat. This retreat is for the person who loves Yoga, cooking, nature, trying new things & bespoke experiences.

Location: Cooked from Scratch Cooking School at Sabo’s on Severn, Stanthorpe. 33 beautiful acres backing onto the Severn River with an abundance of birds and wildlife.
The Yoga: A soothing grounding vinyasa Yoga flow surrounded by nature will start our day. Our day will finish with drawing our energy inward, time to pause, reflect and deeply rest with restorative yoga, meditation and breathing techniques.
The Cooking Class: Wild Fermentation 101. Learn how to make Kraut, Kimchi, and Beetroot kavas and fruit shrub’s that are the latest addition to the gin world. Take home a fermentation jar of your hand made kraut that you decide the flavour to start you on your fermenting journey. We will finish with a vegetarian lunch and samples of wild fermented krauts and kimchi.
Theme: Autumn Equinox. A fun, playful day retreat celebrating the end of Summer and the beginning of Autumn. A time to relish in the last sweetness of Summer, steady ourselves, deeply replenish and build our energy preparing for the cooler months to come.

1st -3rd of April 2022 @ Diamondvale Cottages, Stanthorpe 

Gather relax and be deeply nourished on the beautiful Granite Belt with Yoga, time in nature, deep rest, and local food and wine. A time to be held, restored and replenished.
Location: Our home base for the weekend is Diamondvale Cottages. The cottages are beautifully styled and are located along a tranquil creekside location in Stanthorpe.
About the food: All of the vegetarian meals are beautiful prepared with love by a private chef.
The Yoga: We will gather in the Pioneer Hut perfectly situated on the banks of Quart Pot Creek for our nourishing practises together. Weather permiting we will take some of our practises together outdoors on the grass surrounded by nature and birdsong. Morning practises will be vibrant and afternoon/evening practises will be soothing and restoring with slow flows, restorative yoga and meditation.
Private Wine Tasting: Sancerre Estate will be delivering a wine tasting of there hand-crafted high quality boutique View wines.
Theme: Nourish. A time to be held, restored and replenished through Yoga, nature, deep rest, food and local wine.

Terms & Conditions: We do no offer any refunds. Payments are non refundable. Payment in part or full confirms your place and is therefore binding. In special circumstances if you unable to attend the retreat for which you have booked we may consider a transfer, at our discretion. Travel insurance is recommended. There will be no refunds given should the event be cancelled due to Covid-19. The retreat will however be reschedule. If you are unable to attend the new dates then a travel credit will be given. We follow all current QLD government mandates that are in place.
